ONLINE COACHING - HOW IT WORKS
Initial consultation
The starting point of a successful plan is to figure out where you are currently at and your training availability. I take a deep dive into your training history, current level of fitness, previous injury history, time availability, running dynamics, strengths, weaknesses and goals to create a successful training plan.
Bespoke training plan
A fully bespoke training plan created just for you. The plan is flexible and will be adapted based on feedback and physiological metrics to ensure it is relevant and provides the greatest training benefits for you.
Communication
One of the key factors for success is the communication between athlete and coach. We will have at least 2 video meetings per month and unlimited contact via Whatsapp and email in order to ensure the best progress.
Strength and Conditioning
Alongside your training plan you will be provided with personalised strength and conditioning exercises, mobility exercises, running drills and technique tips to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
