
ABOUT ME
I have always had a passion for running, ever since I started my running journey as a junior in school, running cross country. This developed at secondary school where I joined the running club and represented the school at local competitions.

My love of running and sport continued through University, where I gained a First Class degree in Sports Science. This sparked a journey of self discovery and sporting interest, which developed into analytical and scientific approaches and philosophies to maximize my training.
​
I now live in Cumbria and spend most of my time running in the beautiful Lake District mountains. I regularly compete in a variety of different events, from parkrun to road marathons and short fell races to Ultra distance events and challenges. This gives me a huge breadth of experience to draw on to support my athletes, from nutrition to strength and conditioning protocols.

I love working with athletes of all abilities and watching them smash their running goals.

I believe that finding the right coach is vitally important to the success of an athlete, therefore the process is an open and honest one. There is no contract, just a monthly coaching fee.
