A personal coaching session delivered to you. Whether you would like regular face-to-face coaching or a session to get you started with the basics of running prescribed workouts, this option is highly adaptable.
Initial consultation
The starting point of a successful plan is to figure out where you are currently at and your training availability. I take a deep dive into your training history, current level of fitness, previous injury history, time availability, running dynamics, strengths, weaknesses and goals to create a successful training plan.
Bespoke training plan
A fully bespoke training plan created just for you. The plan is flexible and will be adapted based on feedback and physiological metrics to ensure it is relevant and provides the greatest training benefits for you.
Strength and Conditioning
In person personalised strength and conditioning exercises, mobility exercises, running drills and technique tips to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
