ONE-OFF 12 WEEK PLAN - HOW IT WORKS
Initial consultation
The starting point of a successful plan is to figure out where you are currently at and your training availability. I take a deep dive into your training history, current level of fitness, previous injury history, time availability, running dynamics, strengths, weaknesses and goals to create a successful training plan.
Bespoke training plan
A fully bespoke training plan created just for you. The plan can be created for any distance or event and will be tailored to give you the best possible performance increase in 12 weeks.
Communication
The benefits of this plan is that it is a bespoke plan for you, however it will be prescribed as a full 12 weeks and not adapted. This option works if you want a cheaper alternative to monthly coaching but have a specific goal you'd like to achieve.
Strength and Conditioning
Alongside your training plan you will be provided with personalised strength and conditioning exercises, mobility exercises, running drills and technique tips to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
